At BioMane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn products with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
